What this covers

This is an agreement between you and [legal entity name] ("Ozner Audio", "we") about the Ozner Audio plugins (AU, VST3 and Standalone), the Ozner Audio app and the files they install ("the software"). By installing or using the software you accept it.

What you may do

We give you a free, personal, non-exclusive licence to:

• install and use the software on your own machines, up to three active at a time with one account;
• use it to make music and sound, including music you release or sell;
• make copies for backup and for your own machines.

What you may not do

• Sell, rent, lend, share or give away the software or its installers, or put them online for others to download.
• Hand your account's activations to other people.
• Take the software apart, copy its code or work around its activation, except where the law lets you do so regardless of this agreement.
• Remove our names or notices from it.

What you make is yours

The music and sound you make with the software, the sessions you save and the presets you save are yours. The presets that come with the software stay ours, and you may use the sounds they make in your own music.

Ownership

We keep all rights in the software that this agreement does not give you. Some parts of it come from other people and keep their own licences. The app and the plugins may check with the website that your account and machines are in order.

No warranty

The software is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it will work without mistakes or suit your needs, and we advise you to save your work often.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost income or lost data from using the software. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for it, which is nothing while it is free.

Ending

This agreement lasts until it ends. You can end it at any time by deleting the software. It ends at once if you break it, and then you must stop using the software and delete it.
