About these terms

These terms are between you and [legal entity name] ("Ozner Audio", "we"). By making an account or using the website you agree to them and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not make an account.

The plugins and the app are covered by the plugin licence, which says what you may do with them.

Your account

• Give a real email address that is yours, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share it or sell access to it.
• An account can have up to three machines active at once. You can give a machine up from the account page, and deactivate one you are not at up to two times in a year.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@ozneraudio.com.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

Use the website and the app fairly. In particular, do not:

• try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, or probe the site for weaknesses;
• get around the limits on sign-ins, mail or machines, or flood the site with requests;
• copy the site in bulk, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful;
• pretend to be someone else, or give false information.

The promoter program, free phase

A promoter shares a link or a creator code, and the free accounts that come through it are counted for them. While everything is free, the program pays nothing. If that changes, new terms will be put to you first and you can decline them.

• A person becomes a promoter when we add them or when an approved promoter invites them and the invitation is accepted, and is active once approved.
• A promoter's display name and code are shown to other people. A promoter sees counts of sign-ups, not the email addresses of the people who signed up.
• The first promoter link a visitor follows is the one credited for 90 days. You may not credit yourself.
• Promote honestly: no false claims, no spam, no fake accounts. We may remove a promoter who does not, and the record of their past referrals stays.

Changes to the service

We may change the website, or stop parts of it. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it.

No warranty

The website and the app are provided as they are and as available. We do not promise that they will always work, be free of mistakes or be available without interruption, as far as the law allows.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost income or lost data. Our total liability to you for anything to do with the website is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which is nothing while everything is free. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by [governing law and courts]. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
